Townsend F. Dodd

Townsend Foster Dodd (March 6, 1886 - October 5, 1919) was a pioneer aviator. In 1914 he won the Mackay Trophy.

He was born on March 6, 1886. In 1914 he won the Mackay Trophy. He died in 1919 in an air crash.[1]

Legacy

Dodd Army Airfield is named for him.
